The site evaluation is the first step in the process of any subdivision or land development. In most cases this service can be performed quickly and is generally free as most of the information is available publicly.
When you contact Integrated Engineering, LLC, we will come through data that we have in the office and information on federal, state, county and local websites. The purpose of this brief look into the property is to determine if there are any obstacles to the development of a property. These obstacles are generally related to natural resources. Is there a flood plain on site? Is the property mostly or completely wooded? Do the soils generally have a high water table?
This step is not the comprehensive look at a property that you would get from a Due Diligence Report; however it can give you enough information to decide if you would like to invest in the subdivision or development of your property.
