The engineering field has become highly specialized. There are engineers who do nothing by traffic, structural, geotechnical, etc. Integrated Engineering, LLC specializes in permitting. Although we can be of great assistance during construction, our primary focus is to assist you through the permitting process. Once finished our plans may be used for construction; however that is not what they are designed for.
A good contractor can use our plans to bring them to life. A bad contractor will take advantage of every “interpretation” to increase their profit.
Integrated Engineering, LLC can prepare Construction Level Drawings that will leave no doubt in the mind of any contractor what is required. This will result in lower site work construction costs and faster turn around times! The plans are arduous and tend to be be costly; however they will pay for themselves; especially if they are combined with an Expanded Due Diligence.
